What to Make of Tab Trade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people find it more natural after comparing.

FIX API is there for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That would make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade does not.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Combine that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

Now, the thing that matters. Tab Trade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether the trade-off makes sense comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.

The complete breakdown, including regulation, withdrawals, read more pricing, and the bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
